• Open delivery is not allowed. Every parcel is securely sealed and insured, so it can only be opened after full payment.

• COD Orders Above ₹5000 – Require a 30% advance before dispatch.
  
• Exchange Charges – ₹150 (1–2 items), ₹200 (3+ items). Free if wrong/damaged product is received.
